Are the displayed prices final?
No. These are proposed prices. Final pricing and inclusions are confirmed for each participating apartment community before you subscribe.
How many washes are included each month?
Essential includes 4, Smart includes 8 and Premium includes 12 washes per month, as proposed.
Can I subscribe for multiple vehicles?
Yes. Each vehicle is registered separately and can have its own plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, plans can be changed from your dashboard. Changes usually apply from the next billing cycle.
What happens if a scheduled wash is missed?
Report it from your dashboard. Missed washes are recorded and followed up as per the service terms for your community.
Are additional cleaning services included?
Add-on services such as interior or deep cleaning are optional and charged separately when available.
Is every plan available in every apartment?
Availability depends on the arrangement with each apartment community and its service partners.
