How do I register my car?
Select “Register My Car”, enter your details, your vehicle and your apartment with the tower and parking slot, then choose a plan.
Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes. Each vehicle is added to your account separately and can have its own plan.
Which subscription plans are available?
The proposed plans are Essential, Smart and Premium. Plans available in your apartment depend on your community's arrangement — see the Plans page for details.
How will I know a wash has been recorded?
Each completed wash appears in your wash history with the time and service type. Plans with photo proof also show a photo.
What should I do if a wash is missed?
Report it from your dashboard. The report is linked to the scheduled wash and followed up with the service partner.
Can I use WashGrid in any apartment?
WashGrid is starting with participating apartment communities in Bengaluru. If your apartment is not listed yet, let us know through the contact page.
How can an apartment association or service partner join?
Associations can enquire on the For Apartments page and service partners can apply on the For Partners page.
